These terms apply when you use terpvault.com or buy from TerpVault ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

 

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 21 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to buy from us. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

 

2. Our products

Our products are 3D-printed storage containers. Each one is printed to order, so small variations in color, texture and layer lines are normal and are not defects. Colors can look slightly different on different screens, and capacities (such as 1 oz / 28 g or 10 king-size pre-rolls) are approximate. Items made by other companies that come with our products, such as humidity packs and hygrometers, are covered by their makers' instructions and warranties. Boveda is a trademark of its owner, and we are not affiliated with it.

 

3. Lawful use and safety

Our products are sold for lawful storage only. You are responsible for following the laws where you live about what you store in them. Our containers are not certified child-resistant: keep them and their contents out of reach of children and pets.

 

4. Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at the wrong price or we suspect fraud; if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full. We may change prices, products and promotions at any time, but not on orders already placed.

 

5. Taxes

Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it, including on orders shipped to New York addresses.

 

6. Discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and can't be applied to past orders. The WELCOME10 code is for new customers who create an account and verify their email address, and can be used once per customer. We may end or change a promotion at any time.

 

7. Shipping

Orders ship anywhere in the US for a flat $8 (Standard Shipping), and tracking is emailed when your order ships. Delivery dates are estimates, and we're not responsible for carrier delays. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@terpvault.com within 7 days of delivery (with photos for damage) and we'll make it right.

If your package appears lost, contact info@terpvault.com as soon as you notice the issue.

8. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returns and refunds are not accepted. To start an exchange, email info@terpvault.com with your order number. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and the buyer pays return shipping. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

 

9. Your account

Keep your login details secure, and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

 

10. Our content

The TerpVault name and logo, our product designs, photos and site content belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

 

11. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these terms, the site and products are provided "as is," to the fullest extent the law allows.

 

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

 

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.

 

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
