TerpVault ("we," "us") sells 3D-printed storage jars at terpvault.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@terpvault.com.

 

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address when you place an order, create an account, sign up for emails, or contact us.

Order information: what you bought, what you paid, and shipping and tracking details.

Payment information: payments are processed by Wix Payments and its payment partners (including Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal if you choose them). We never see or store your full card number.

Browsing information: our website platform (Wix) and Google Analytics use cookies and similar tools to collect your device and browser type, the pages you view, how you found the site, and your approximate location based on your IP address.

 

How we use it

We use your information to process, ship and track your orders and handle exchanges; to run your customer account so you can see your orders and tracking; to send order updates; to send marketing emails such as our welcome discount and reminders about items left in your cart (you can unsubscribe at any time); to prevent fraud and spam, including with Google reCAPTCHA; to understand how the site is used so we can improve it; and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

 

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the store: Wix.com (website, checkout, customer accounts and email), our payment processors, shipping carriers, and Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA). We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

 

Cookies and analytics

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site (like the cart) may not work without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

 

Emails

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order and shipping emails are part of your purchase, so you'll still get those.

 

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account, by emailing info@terpvault.com. Some states, including California, give residents additional privacy rights; we honor these requests from all US customers. We'll respond within 45 days and won't treat you differently for making a request. We may need to keep some order records to meet tax and legal requirements.

 

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years) and account information until you ask us to delete it.

 

Security

Our store runs on Wix's secure platform, and checkout is encrypted. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

 

Age

This site is intended for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

 

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
